St Maria of Paris Linocut Print
This print honors St Maria of Paris, whose radical love for her neighbor even challenges our impression of how a saint should behave. After two divorces, she became a nun, refused to live in a monastery, and ran a house of hospitality where she fed the poor and fostered theological education. She reposed taking another’s place in a gas chamber in WWII.
This was the print of the month for July 2026 for my Patreon print club.
Paper: Handmade Lokta from Nepal
Dimensions: approximately 5” x 7” (varies slightly with the deckled edges)
Edition: Limited Edition of 100
All prints are printed by hand to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Thank you.
